“So thankful to Zip transfers as there was a muddle with my hotel in Paris (my fault) and I still was transferred to the airport on time. Would definitely use again and recommend 100 %”

“Transfer driver to resort met us, told us to follow him and proceeded to walk up to the mini bus chatting to another driver. We were finding it hard to keep up with him but not once did he turn round to see where we were or offer any help with the luggage. Driver on return to airport was excellent.”

“Booking ZIP270830VIE. I made this booking for my wife and I and 4 friends who had never used ZIP before. Unfortunately, after arriving at Vienna airport we had to wait for over an hour before the transfer arrived. This was despite numerous phone calls to yourselves. On our return to the airport the transfer was 15 minutes late, which made us doubt that we would be collected in time to catch our flight, again I had to pone yourselves. I'm not sure, in view of this and our previous problems at Girona Airport, whether we'll ZIP again”
