“The driver seemed stressed and the bus was cramped, but he got us into Manhattan as quick as he could. We've made different arrangements for the return journey.”

“Good experience of the transfer, when we could not find the driver at the airport a quick call to the office sorted it. Would have preferred a car rather than a minibus.”

“The driver doesn't know how to be quiet. He just wants to talk non stop in very poor English. I have had the same driver 3 times. It is a reason I will use another service.”

“I had previously used ZipTransfers in Milan and they were very good so I had no reservations about using them in December 18 for a return transfer from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport to Central Paris (near the Louvre). Once again they were waiting on our arrival and on return they picked us up from our hotel a few minutes early which was appreciated due to congestion on the roads. Both journeys felt safe despite the huge volume of traffic. The drivers were both courteous and polite. I would use them again.”
