“Have used these for the last 2-3 years. Always on time and very friendly. Cars/minibuses are always very clean and tidy. Can't fault them in any way. Very reliable. Would defo recommend to anyone.”

“Transfer driver to resort met us, told us to follow him and proceeded to walk up to the mini bus chatting to another driver. We were finding it hard to keep up with him but not once did he turn round to see where we were or offer any help with the luggage. Driver on return to airport was excellent.”

“Booking ZIP270830VIE. I made this booking for my wife and I and 4 friends who had never used ZIP before. Unfortunately, after arriving at Vienna airport we had to wait for over an hour before the transfer arrived. This was despite numerous phone calls to yourselves. On our return to the airport the transfer was 15 minutes late, which made us doubt that we would be collected in time to catch our flight, again I had to pone yourselves. I'm not sure, in view of this and our previous problems at Girona Airport, whether we'll ZIP again”

“Easy to arrange on line. Very competitive pricing. Driver arrived on time both for pick up and pick up return journey to las Palmas airport. Vehicles were clean and tidy. Drivers courteous and very helpful with luggage, which was a bonus as my husband has a disability. Would highly recommend Zip Transfers as 5 star and will definitely be booking them again for our April 2019 holiday. Many thanks for your excellent service.”

“When arriving at the airport I wish that it was more obvious where the Driver was standing by clearly holding our name on a board so we could see. We have used Zip the last 3 times we have been to Tenerife and each time have ended up ringing the office to find out where the driver is.”
