“Transfer wasn’t there to meet us and had to wait approx 30 mins. When it arrived, far from being the taxi we had booked it was an old minibus that hardly looked or sounded roadworthy. The return transfer again was a minibus but in much better condition and on time.”

“My taxi never showed up. I had to wait at the airport for almost 45 minutes at midnight while customer service tried to resolve it, but couldn't. I had to call a new cab and pay higher than the fair I'd organised through ZipTransfer. The customer service man was very apologetic and kind. From my experience, this company is not reliable. I would not recommend ZipTransfer to anyone.”

“Uitermate makkelijk en snel een transfer kunnen regelen met ZIP transfers van het airport in Marrakesh naar ons Hotel. Nadat de chauffeur ons heeft vevoert en ons al vele dingen over Marrakesh had verteld, hem nog enkele dagen ingehuurd als taxi naar de stad. Zeer tevreden over de dienstverlening .”
