“Although there was a small hickup re the transfer the company representatives went to great lengths to rectify and compensate us for this matter. To the point of arriving at our hotel later that afternoon to personally apologise for the mishap and offer rectification. All in all better customer service than we have experienced before. Will certainly be using again.”

“Driver was timely and efficient, however he talked on the phone (holding his phone in his hand) for the entire ride. His driving was fine, but I thought this was illegal in France. Also, he dropped us off at the terminal across from ours instead of our actual terminal and we had to walk a ways. I don't know if this was due to parking restrictions, but I did see that he immediately picked up a new group that was waiting where we were dropped off and I wondered if this was for their convenience instead of ours.”
