“Paperwork said go to the Meeting Place so we did and waited..... got fed up walked (I’m on crutches) back to airport door where a taxi was waiting.. women said here you are we’ve been looking for you. We explained but only believed us when we showed the paperwork and no apology. Not impressed.”

“No show. We waited 1 hour and 15min and no driver ever arrived. Called phone number multiple times and got no response. Had to take taxi to hotel. Very disappointing with 4 60+ seniors waiting. Will not use Zip again.”

“The transfer driver was late arriving at airport. The car was not big enough for 4 people and 4 cases. One case had to be laid across the laps of the 3 back seat passengers.”
