“Have used them before and was not disappointed on either occasion.. Pick up from Seville airport was easy with the driver waiting for us in arrivals. The same driver picked us up for our return and telephoned to explain that he was stuck in traffic. This said he still got us to the airport in good time for our flight..”

“I received a very good service from ZipTransfers. Every detail was spot on, timings where on schedule and the drivers very professional. I booked very last minute for a transfer and they still were able to accommodate me. Thank you for a lovely and reliable service!”

“There was some confusion finding the rep who took a while to find her. Then finding the driver was not straight forward. Once that was sorted all was ok. Will give your company another go next month when next in Alvor in June. Have for the last 3 years used Sun Transfers but found your company more competitive. So will see”

“Very good service. Taxi arrived both times even before collection time. Nice air conditioned cars and smartly dressed polite drivers. I've used you before and will again and have recommended you to a lot of my friends.”

“Instructions were clear and our driver was waiting for us at the pick up point. He was polite and helpful and drove within the speed limits. The only difficulty was at Campanet where it was hard to find the property in the dark. I would use your company again”

“The driver was awaiting our arrival even though our flight was delayed 2 hours; he was welcoming and very courteous throughout our 45 minute ride.”

“On arrival to faro airport our transfer was not waiting at the arrival site we contacted the help line where the staff could not have been more helpful and very promptly dealt with the issue however the driver who we in turn had to find was once again not where he was due to be. He was rude and obnoxious and behaved in an appalling manner. I have used zip transfers many times on trips and would always highly rate your company. Our transfer back to the airport at the end of our trip was very pleasant. Our driver however on day one was not suited to his occupation and his interpersonal communication skills needs significant work. As I have never had a problem with zip before I will continue to use your services as prior to this trip I would have rated it a 5 star service. Regards Nicole O Brien”
