“The driver was awaiting our arrival even though our flight was delayed 2 hours; he was welcoming and very courteous throughout our 45 minute ride.”

“On arrival to faro airport our transfer was not waiting at the arrival site we contacted the help line where the staff could not have been more helpful and very promptly dealt with the issue however the driver who we in turn had to find was once again not where he was due to be. He was rude and obnoxious and behaved in an appalling manner. I have used zip transfers many times on trips and would always highly rate your company. Our transfer back to the airport at the end of our trip was very pleasant. Our driver however on day one was not suited to his occupation and his interpersonal communication skills needs significant work. As I have never had a problem with zip before I will continue to use your services as prior to this trip I would have rated it a 5 star service. Regards Nicole O Brien”

“The drivers were very punctual and very pleasant. The cars were extremely nice with air conditioning. The drive to and from the airport went without a hitch. I would recommend zip transfers to my friends.”

“Pick up from airport direct to our accommodation was excellent. Driver was so nice even when I had given the wrong address he phoned owner to get correct details. Driver on return was equally as nice and very friendly and informative Highly recommend zip transfer to friends and family to use. On time and spotless cars and drivers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Paperwork said go to the Meeting Place so we did and waited..... got fed up walked (I’m on crutches) back to airport door where a taxi was waiting.. women said here you are we’ve been looking for you. We explained but only believed us when we showed the paperwork and no apology. Not impressed.”
