“On our recent trip to Europe, my wife and I had 4 transfers scheduled (Barcelona airport to hotel, cruise terminal to airport, Paris airport to hotel, and hotel to Paris airport). Every driver was right on time and when our plane was late getting into Paris, our driver was still there. Very friendly drivers, clean nice cars!! Make sure you can pull up the reservation on your phone or have it printed out. Highly recommend!!”

“We had some difficulty with our booked transfers from Catania airport to Taormina. The staff in the airport was not expecting us. It was obvious that there was some miscommunication between the central booking office and the staff on the ground at the airport. The staff in the airport did not have our booking as confirmed. After an hours wait, the staff at the airport was able to correct the error and we were on our way. There were no issues with the return transfer back to the Catania airport and both drivers were excellent. I would use Ziptransfers again but I would make sure to confirm our booking with them before we leave. Even though we already had an email confirming our booking. It was a little frustrating having to wait an hour but all staff were helpful and prompt in dealing with the problem.”

“An excellent service. Our flight to Lanzarote was delayed by 5/6 hours yet your driver was at the Airport to transfer us to our Hotel in Playa Blanca. Our return was just as smooth, the driver turning up 5 minutes early. Just one issue, that was we did not get a Car, just a Mini-Bus ?”
