“Absolutely excellent service. The drivers were very friendly, the taxis were spotlessly clean and most of all the taxis were always on time. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.”

“An excellent service. Our flight to Lanzarote was delayed by 5/6 hours yet your driver was at the Airport to transfer us to our Hotel in Playa Blanca. Our return was just as smooth, the driver turning up 5 minutes early. Just one issue, that was we did not get a Car, just a Mini-Bus ?”

“Easy to book and good value compared to some other taxi firms. I have taken off 1 star as there was no one waiting for us in arrivals as promised. We wandered up and down for over 10 minutes then we phoned the helpline and a driver arrived a short while later. Return journey was spot on.”

“Driver texted where he was parked and the type of vehicle he was driving, however unable to access his message as delayed due to long line up in the Amsterdam airport to customs. (3 hours). I called zip transfer’s main number and the driver came back, super friendly. I highly recommend zip transfer.”
