“Came through to arrivals and ziptransfers rep was waiting with a clear sign and took us immediately to our transfer vehicle to our hotel which was about 30 minutes away I would honestly say we were at our hotel before the coach option even left the airport going by pur previous experience. Well worth the extra fare. Efficient and friendly service.”

“Was hoping my transport would be there ready to meet me at airport as I walked through arrivals, but unfortunately not - had to wait 5/10 mins! But driver very pleasant and apologetic. Friend used to return to airport 2 weeks later. Half an hour late arriving to collect Rang after 10 mins and girl said and did look into. Was asked to walk to main road when actually we were on a main road. Could see the mini bus and it would have taken us 5/10 mins to walk with cases. She did get him to come to us but all of this panicked my friend so we weren’t overly impressed. Would use again to give benefit of doubt but if it happened again would not be using further.”

“Have used Zip two years in a row now and they are an excellent professional service. Drivers are always on time and professionally dressed. Even the booking service, the staff are response to changes and go above and beyond to help. Can’t recommend this company enough and will definitely use again”
