“Servicio perfecto. Coches y conductores como deben ser. Echo en falta un correo de recordatorio, tanto a la ida cómo a la vuelta, que en gran medida, tranquilizan al cliente sabiendo que estáis ahí.”

“Der Chauffeur wollte uns nicht mitnehmen, da er keinen Name hatte. Er musste zuerst mit der Zentrale Kontakt aufnehmen bis er uns dann schliesslich doch noch zu Flughafen gefahren hat.”

“Wir haben ein Taxi zum Flughafen für Hin- und Rückfahrt für 6 Personen mit entsprechendem Gepäck bestellt. Beide Fahrer waren super pünktlich und die Koordinierung bei der Abholung vom Flughafen hat auch perfekt geklappt. Punktabzug dafür, dass auf der Hinfahrt nur ein normal großes Taxi zur Verfügung stand. Auf der Hinfahrt waren wir Gott sei Dank nur zu viert, sechs Personen mit Gepäck hätte nicht transportiert werden können.”

“Service was great. Although I had to call then as they were half an hour late collecting us due to an accident. It would have been nice for them to call me and reassure me they were on their way, as I was getting a bit stressed about getting to airport. But good overall”

“Communication was really good end to end, we had to alter our collection point for our return journey and emails were responded to really quickly. Unfortunately on the day the driver was sent to the original location, however he communicated well and got us to the airport on time. I would use this service again.”

“Very easy to book and the journey on arrival was very efficient and pleasant. Great music and a bottle of water! The return journey wasn’t quite as slick, the driver was late and seemed unaware of where we were going. Not sure that was his fault but it didn’t fill us with confidence. All that said I would use your company again so thank you.”

“Arrival was perfect but driver was 30 minutes late for pickup from accom to Verona airport. Was getting nervous at that stage as delays at airports are dreadful at moment and could possibly have been too late for flight but everything was fine in the end!”
