“The driver taking us back to the Airport was a little late, didn’t put on the air conditioning even though we asked and had an A4 sign up requesting that we tip the driver!!!!! I have always tipped the driver but this guy got nothing, you’ll get a tip because I think you earned it not because you demand it, I have already paid for the transfer so am under no compliment to give a tip, don’t demand!!!”

“I thought the service was very good. On our return leg, the driver was 15 mins early. However, on reflection the price was extortionate. We were staying in Matagorda and were charged over €50 for a return trip to airport. This is far too expensive.”

“As arranged driver waiting at airport on arrival and picked up at hotel for return although ten minutes late. Driver did however phone hotel reception to inform us of late pick up. No stress and good prices. Vehicles top notch. Would use again”

“Service is implacable of you dont have to deal with their customer service. If God forbids, your flight has been delayed, they take forever to get back to you, dont accomodate you with the new time, and dontvreimburse the money. So in my case, i lost 75 euros and had to spend 120 euros to hire a cab”
