“I booked a Car to collect at the airport, service was ontime and freindly. The return was more than 30mins late, I had to call the helpline to find out where the driver was. No apologie or excuse was provided. this was a little dissapointing overall”

“The pick up at BCN was good and the ride to Sitges was great. The return ride on June 15 was like a horror movie. The driver did not speak English and obviously was not familiar with Sitges. After he found us, he became lost and when we tried to offer suggestions he became very angry, and show his displeasure by driving recklessly. He would speed up to 130 iPhones, and even do the funnels at over 100 mph. When we arrived at BCN he demanded extra money and when we refused, he became even angrier. If there had been a police officer nearby, I would have asked him to arrest the driver! Shame on ZIPtransfers for sending us the driver from hell!!!!👎😡🤢👹💩”
