“Very prompt and reliable great service”

“Arrival at the airport, driver wasn't there. Had to ring Zip Transfers and then wait another 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. The day we were due to be collected at our hotel and brought back to the airport, I received an email saying pick up was now going to be earlier, which meant we would've been nearly 5 hours at the airport. Rang Zip to be told that I was the one who had changed it. It was rectified after nearly an hour and we still got picked up 15 minutes early. We were picked up on time on the return journey. Driver was nice and car clean.”

“Excellent service. Very nice driver. Unfortunately the name of the apartment was not over it so it took an extra time to find it even though we were outside the door. Return journey was excellent and on time.”

“As always a great service, they were waiting for us well before time scheduled, there three kids chairs for each journey that we took (as booked) and pleasant and friendly drivers. Prices very competitive, we would highly recommend and will definitely be using ziptransfers again”
