“I was disapointed with the car that collected us at FUE Airport. I paid for a car seat for my daughter and received a booster seat. I did not feel comfortable with this but with the language barrier I had no option.”

“Contento con el servicio de Zip Transfers, de hecho ya lo he utilizado en varias ocasiones. Lo único que habría que mejorar es la información que facilitan para el encuentro con los chóferes. Cada aeropuerto es diferente, cada vez menos esperan a la salida (dentro del edificio), y casi nunca con letrero como indican en las instrucciones. Por ejemplo, en Barcelona (El Prat) los chóferes ya no pueden esterar dentro del recinto. Tuve que llamar a ustedes para comunicarme con el chófer.”

“Arrival at the airport, driver wasn't there. Had to ring Zip Transfers and then wait another 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. The day we were due to be collected at our hotel and brought back to the airport, I received an email saying pick up was now going to be earlier, which meant we would've been nearly 5 hours at the airport. Rang Zip to be told that I was the one who had changed it. It was rectified after nearly an hour and we still got picked up 15 minutes early. We were picked up on time on the return journey. Driver was nice and car clean.”
