“Excellent driver. Right on time, both out and back. The only thing that not worked was that we have ordred and payed for 1 childseats and two booster seats. The driver came with his own childseat, for the way out, good service !! But not any seat back.”

“We flew to Verona on 24 May. Our flight was two hours late arriving. Your driver was there waiting for us and was also most helpful when we arrived in Mantua as the address given was very confusing and we should have been sent to reception at Hotel Gonzaga. Fantastic service: many thanks. On 7 June you collected us from Ferrara and delivered us to Bologna airport. All went very smoothly. A good experience.”

“I already justed Ziptransfers several times but this time there was no one waiting for me. I waited for 15 minutes to call the emergency number and they told me he was already been there and left already. They told me to wait and they will send the driver again. After again 30 minutes no one was there. Again I called the emergency number and they told me again that he was on the airport, not thrue! After 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting an other driver who works on the same way (maybe together with ziptransfers) took me with him to the hotel, I was very disapointed in the service from ziptransfers”

“The journey from the airport to our hotel in Marbella was up to the usual fantastic standard. The journey back from the hotel to the airport was the complete opposite! The driver had aircon on but we could not feel it at all and for some reason we both felt a pressure build up in our ears like when you take off in a plane! we arrived at the airport hot and with headaches!! We use and have used Zip Transfers without an issue 4 times a year for the past 3 years or so and everything is fantastic normally. We recommend you to friends and family as we think the service is great , Normally!! Hopefully this was a one off and the next time we use you in July (Alicante to Benidorm ZIP222177ALC) things will be back to normal.”
