“The service was fab, we had missed our connection flight, when I phoned the number provided I spoke to a lovely man, I was upset over missing the flight, it was our first time to do this type of flights, He reassured him that our Taxi would be there for us, and he was, there was a mix up with Terminals but our Taxi was waiting for us, We were so grateful for all the help on the night, I will defo be using ZIPtransfers again”

“The drivers and cars used were very good, except the car (not the driver), which we were on when we arrived in Rome. However, I would recommend that ZIPtransfers used a bigger sign in the arrival hall at the airport for the benefit of the customeRIS.”

“Excellent driver. Right on time, both out and back. The only thing that not worked was that we have ordred and payed for 1 childseats and two booster seats. The driver came with his own childseat, for the way out, good service !! But not any seat back.”

“We flew to Verona on 24 May. Our flight was two hours late arriving. Your driver was there waiting for us and was also most helpful when we arrived in Mantua as the address given was very confusing and we should have been sent to reception at Hotel Gonzaga. Fantastic service: many thanks. On 7 June you collected us from Ferrara and delivered us to Bologna airport. All went very smoothly. A good experience.”
