“Usually we are pleased with service of Ziptransfers.However,this time we were disappointed. No driver was waiting for us.,in Rome airport. We called the front desk and after 10 minutes he showed up. The quality of the car was below our expectation and the driver had some problems with it.The driver was nervous because of the whole situation.”

“Excellent service and will definitely book with you again. The driver was waiting for us as we came through the arrivals hall. He assisted us with our luggage to the modern minibus which we had all to ourselves. The return journey was the same. The driver arrived ten minutes early and was ready and waiting for us. We were so impressed with the service Zip Transfers provided that we recommended them to our family and friends whom have all booked with you. Excellent value too.”
