“Plane was delayed. You were notified. You would not wait. You left a single mother with 2 small children and no euro stranded at the airport. You would not send another taxi. You would not refund money. Not even fo rather extra I paid for the 2 child seats.”

“The van we booked was smaller than we had anticipated for 6 people and all the luggage.. I had booked a larger van that I thought we needed because of the luggage. Our driver was not very personable at all....he drove way to fast, as well. Will probably book a private car service the next time.”
