“Whilst our journey from the airport was good our return trip was not. Our pre-paid taxi did not turn up and when we rang the emergency number we were told our trip had not been scheduled and we should find our own way back to the airport despite us not being able to speak German. We also had to pay out another €100 which luckily we could scrape together. The whole experience was very distressing.”
