“Excellent..flight landed early..they were waiting for us outside”

“Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight and as a result, we had to contact the company to reschedule. They would not refund us and told us we would have to rebook. When we attempted to rebook, they told us they would call us back and never did. Poor customer service. We got a taxi at the airport, same price, better service.”
