“This was the third time we have used Zip, each time to a different destination, and once again we couldn't fault them. First class service.”

“Taxi a bit shabby. No cheaper booking in advance. Paid €36. Could have got a taxi for €30 at the airport so it cost 20% more. Don't book ahead. You don't get it cheaper. It worked out more expensive.”

“Our transfer wasn’t there when we landed (presumably because of the flight delay) we did however give you the flight details in advance so you would have know about this. After calling to chase someone was with us within 20 minutes which was good. Our return leg you were early which was good. Will use you again.”

“Service very good but we did have a delay at the Airport before the driver arrived so that is why we give you a 4.”

“My plane was early arriving at the airport in Bilbao, thinking I might have to wait for my driver to collect me, there she was, waiting for me with a large board, clearly written with my name on. Excellent service. I wish all my pickups were as simple as yours. Thank you.”

“The service was excellent. On arrival at the airport the driver was waiting and the car close by. For our return journey the pick up time was pre-agreed therefore no need for me to call and confirm, again the driver was there at agreed time and both drivers were pleasant and helpful with luggage. Would definitely use again.”

“Vehicle was immaculate, driver was friendly and courteous, price was excellent value. Far better price and experience than package tour operators transfer offering! This is 3rd time we have used Zip Transfers, and will definitely use them again.”
