“Always on time. Ordering a child seat has been hit and miss at times. This year the seat smelled of vomit and last year the seat was big enough for an adult let alone a 1 year old. Communication via email is very slow. Requested to alter our pick up time and never got a response even to this day.”

“Needed a guaranteed ride to the airport from the Rialto Bridge. No problems except some confusion about pickup point. Your document asked us to wait in hotel lobby while the boat was expecting us to wait at the jetty.outside. But the boatman called the hotel and it was soon sorted out. Transfer to MPV was seamless.”

“We had the privilage to have Mr. Paco meet and greet us at the Airport when we arrived late on 4th July and he collected us again at our Hotel to transfer us to the Airport at the end of our Holiday at 8pm on 18th July. He is a kind, friendly, helpful, a safe driver and a gentleman. All guests who will meet Mr. Paco will be very happy with Zip transfers as he is so punctual and reliable making the Zip transfers the best of all. My family and I book Zip transfers each summer when we holiday in Torremolinos We would use no other company. We are always very satisfied for with reliability, punctality and excellent customer care as demonstrated by Mr. Paco an others. Please let him know we appreciate his welcome, care, kindness, punctuality and friendliness.”

“Very poor customer service when we left a bag on our transfer. Were not able to arrange bag to be dropped off so we had to pay for a whole new transfer for the bag. Children's car seats that we reserved were also not supplied so 2 of my 3 children had to go without.”

“There was only one car seat (not 2, as requested, as we have a 1 and 3 year old), no apology from the driver. The driver was rude and did not offer to help with our luggage. My husband who was clearly struggling had to ask him for help. When we got to the hotel and walked behind the car to get to the entrance of the hotel, he backed up and almost ran us over. Again no apology. This was not a language barrier, as I do speak Spanish. Will never use again.”
