“Hello, we didn't have a very nice experience with your company this year. The first transfer it was from Malaga airport to Benalmadena and the taxi driver didn't speak English, he had during the trip a private phone conversation. He took us to the wrong hotel, after few rounds in the area he founded the hotel. On our transfer back the taxi didn't come at all I had to call for receiving one.. we waited another 10 min..then the taxi driver drove very slowly and we just made it on time for our flight. I think there is a lot to improve here.”
