“Everything would be perfect if the Agent at the time of the booking made a major mistake. Making a reservation one day earlier than originally booked. All the transfers were professional as promised including the one in the afternoon to get my party to the hotel. The pick up from the hotel was booked on that morning making it impossible to get to our ship in Barcelona and had to purchase taxis for a large party to get to our ship.”
