“We have used ZIP Transfers in Tenerife, Malaga and going to us on our upcoming trip to Rome. ZIP do exactly what they promise. Cars are spotless and drivers very polite and helpful. I have recommended ZIP to several friends and would have no hesitation to use again. Anita”

“3rd time using zipp in gran canaria in last 18 months. The last twice i have had nobody waiting for me on arrival and had to ring up. Flying out end of jan will be booking a transfer in next couple of weeks not sure if to go else where or give one last chance,”

“No one at airport to meet us so had to wait for them to send someone. On our return got a call insisting they pick up up an hour earlier than scheduled due to bad traffic. Traffic absolutely fine so can only presume they double booked. Got to airport way too early. Have used Zip many times in the past and been very happy with the service but unfortunately not this time in Rome”
