“Have used Zip Transfers several times over the last three years. Portugal ( twice) Fuerterventura ( 3 times) and now in Lanzarote . First class service, new and spotless cars...twice we had a minibus substitute for a standard car. Drivers are excellent, always have been early to pick us up and wonderfull drivers. The website works a treat and every detail is covered. Will not use another service from now on.”

“Great nice to be met and have a leisurely drive to the hotel instead of being in a formula 1 taxi .Drivers both ways well presented and the price was very competitive compared to a taxi .We will be rebooking in a couple of weeks when we return to Tenerife”

“The only issue we had and that should be addressed is linking up with our driver at the airport. Many transfer companies have a presence inside the terminal but Zip does not. We believed the link up instructions were clear until we arrived. Numerous transfer companies had a presence in the terminal and when we asked where to proceed to link up with our driver all the company representatives never heard of Zip. Ultimately we found our driver but it was a chaotic process.”
