“Driver did not wait for us. Even after we called customer service and they said he’s on his way “any minute”, we had to wait for an hour while the airport started to shut down for the night. Very poor experience”

“our flight was delayed by 3 hours but the driver was there to meet us when we arrived. the driver was of smart dress and very helpful. he put our suitcases in his vehicle and also dropped them inside the hotel for us. return to airport again smartly dressed driver and very helpful. will definantly use zip transfers again. good service and a good price.easy online booking.”

“Easy to book with, was a little nervous as company not in U.K. but car arrived on time at airport. Clean and modern vehicle with very personable driver and all at nearly half the price of normal taxi websites!”
