“I used ziptransfers last November from Lanzarote airport to Playa Blanca and found the service provided excellent in every respect. The pick up times were promptly executed and the drivers were pleasant and courteous. I look forward to my next transfer in March.”

“OK except that the driver instead of waiting with all the other people meeting clients off the plane was instead 100 metres further down the arrivals hall towards the tax rank leading us to think initially that the booking had been forgotten”

“The driver was friendly and helpful but unfortunately we had trouble locating the exact whereabouts of the airb&b apartment we were going to. The postcode we had been given covered a very large area and the sat nav took us to the centre of the area rather than to the accommodation. The driver was very helpful in assisting us to find the property .”

“Service as usual was very efficient. Can't understand however why when I'd booked a saloon car for 2 people a minibus turned up. This happens each time I use ZIP no matter which country I'm visiting. Would prefer to get what I'd booked as a minibus isn't as comfortable as a car. I may well reconsider my choice of transfer in future.”
