“Reliable, on time, friendly couteous drivers, great helpful customer service! We were very satisfied with our transfer from Barcelona Airport to hotel Citadines Rablas( booked lastminute, kudos to customer service👍) and the next day to our cruise ship. We can highly recommend this company!”

“I have used Zip Transfers three times for transfers from Tenerife South to Fanabe.The first time service was excellent. Second time I had to wait over 30 minutes before being picked up from the airport, the return pickup was perfect. This year I had to wait 1.5 hours and eventually I was told by customers services that the pick up would be further delayed. Your customer service apologised and suggest I should take a taxi and tha if I sent in a receipt they would reemburse me. I had to wait 35 minutes in the taxi que. I found the whole episode very frustrating. The redeeming point was the return to the airport was right on time. Not sure about using zip next year”

“Following a recommendation, I used Ziptransers in November 2018 for my airport to hotel transfers. I was impressed by an excellent efficient and effective service and very courteous drivers. I will be returning to Malaga again in April and November 2019 an intend to utilise their services again.”

“The car we were picked up from the airport in was an absolute shambles! There was mud all over the seats, the back seatbelt didn’t work but I was unable to move seats due to personal belongings of the drivers and child seats taking up the other two seats, every panel was dented. However, the BMW 5 series we were picked up in on return to the airport was immaculate. I am absolutely disgusted with the car we were picked up in and can’t believe that I paid for the service.”
