“I had booked. a wheelchair transfer in the airport when we arrived, so my friends went ahead to get the luggage. I was abandoned just outside the luggage hall and left to get on with it. In the meantime my friends had found your driver and they were all looking for me. Your driver was so kind and helpful when I turned up. He was amazing, as was the driver who took us back to the airport. We will definitely book again. Thank you”

“Actual transfer great it we left something in the car. We rang within 3 minutes of getting out of taxi but it took 48 hours for company to get back to us to say it could not be found. They could not just call the driver directly / immediately which is very poor customer service.”
