“I have used Ziptransfers on a number of occasions and have been very happy with the service. We tried to book a transfer from Buenos Aires city centre to the airport on the day before we were to travel. Having gone through most of the booking procedure I was informed that because there was less than 24 hours, I had to ring an Irish number which I did. I was then given a rigmarole of instructions about having to wait for further confirmation and quoting reference numbers so I terminated the process. I found another online airport taxi transfer company which dealt with my request quickly and efficiently and provided an excellent driver. Incidentally, their quote was cheaper than yours.”

“Crusie ship was late in docking. Your zip transfer driver did not wait for us. We repaid for the transfer and got nothing. We had to get a 2 taxi.”

“If I could give a rating for the taxi from the airport and return then I would give a very good for the return journey. After a long flight (11 hours) your taxi driver was not where the instructions said he would be. Took 2 phone calls to locate him then you agent spent 15 minutes trying to sell us excursions! I had to say I was not prepared to by anything for him to let your driver proceed.The return journey was excellent driver picking us up on time and a very easy safe journey back to the airport”

“The pick up journey from our destination was a lot loner than we anticipated as we had to wait for ages for other flights to come in, but the return pick up was less time waiting if we went to that resort again may cost another for costs to see the difference”
