“Hallo Zip-Transfers-Team, es hat wieder alles bestens geklappt. Allerdings empfehle ich, die Preisstruktur zu überprüfen , insbesondere bei Frühbuchern, so wie in meinem Fall, da ich für die Rückfahrt bei einem lokalen Taxiunternehmen weniger als die Hälfte bezahlt habe, Alles Gute und viele Grüße, Heinz Isfort”

“Overall the transfers were Ok. The return journey better than when we arrived in Lanzerote which was chaotic. It was an ordinary taxi and we had to wait sometime as they were picking up from a big queue in arrivals and just pulling over a taxi when there was one for us not ideal.”

“Paid for a 6 seater transfer and ended up waiting for a taxi for 1 hour with 2 babies in a queue for a taxi. No transfer turned and I had to get an extra taxi and pay for it due to no taxi being big enough. Disgraceful service”

“Went to desk but no one manning it. Guy came up to us and told us to follow him. He didn’t seem ready to transfer us to destination. His English wasn’t very good, however that’s not an issue really. The return journey pick up time was not met and was 30 minutes late. Had to make phone call. The excuse was that there was a lot of traffic. Surely they would account for this. Probably won’t use again.”

“Buena llegada y nefasta recogida para la salida. El traslado duró mucho y se dio un enorme rodeo que se podía haber evitado simplemente recogiendo a los otros pasajeros en primer lugar. Además nos dejaron en una terminal incorrecta sin siquiera avisar. Resultado tuvimos que coger el shuttle del aeropuerto que tubo problemas y llegó con retraso y fuimos los últimos facturar. Salímos con más de 3 horas de antelación para un recorrido de 20-30 minutos y casi llegamos tarde”

“Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hafen war perfekt - wir wurden mit Schild empfangen, die Frau war sehr nett und es verlief problemlos. Der Rückweg war hingegen schlecht. Wir warteten länger als 10 Minuten über die vereinbarte Zeit hinaus und mussten mehrmals (gegen Gebühr) die Hotline anrufen, ehe wir jemanden erreichten. 20 Minuten zu spät kam der Fahrer und gab sich nicht zuerkennen- wir mussten nachfragen und er war sehr mürrisch. Schade”
