“I always have problems at airport collection There is never a driver waiting I have always had to call when I arrive On return the driver is always 10 to 15 minutes early But the service is good”

“I paid for a child seat for my 2 year old daughter. You didn't provide one on the return journey which is dangerous. The one on the way there was in terrible condition.”

“El servicio del transfer fue muy bueno. El conductor se puso en contacto con nostros por whasap y nos envió una foto del lugar donde nos esperaba. Fue muy amable y nbos dejó a lado del hotel. Un servicio excelente. Gracias.”

“Zip transfer were great peace of mind that I had my transfer booked for my family. It was nice knowing there was car seats added (however with my first transfer it was 2 booster seats not suitable for my 10mth old). My second transfer the driver was waiting, which I did not know because he had nothing holding my name and no sign saying he was with zip transfer. He got notably angry with me for being late but did not speak English.”

“En esta ocasión en cuanto llegamos a Barajas y nos conectamos al WIFI, tuvimos un mensaje de nuestro conductor, quien ya nos esperaba en el aeropuerto y nos indicó su ubicación. Al finalizar nuestro viaje también se contactó conmigo el día anterior para confirmar su búsqueda. Utilizo ZipTransfers desde hacer varios años y estoy muy conforme con el sistema. Gracias”
