“I would not recommend you you failed to pick us up on the 25th of September for airport you still owe me 250 Dirhams we had to get a taxi to airport the phone number on invoice to ring did not work hotel rang you nothing we only just made it to get our plane home I have sent you an email you still not replying to Mr Kevin lees zip number 241468AGA you owe me 2500 Dirhams for airport from trivoli hotel we will not book you ever again so people don't book with zip travel they pickup from airport to hotel but not pick up to get to airport and the phone number on invoice dose not work do not even reply to emails still waiting for a reply to my email for my money they owe me for taxi to airport so any body going to Morocco adagir cheaper getting your own taxes so please do not book zip travel Mr Kevin lees”

“Excellent service as usual. We were staying in a very narrow street in Budapest with no parking but the driver managed to collect us very near to our apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.”

“On arrival at Menorca airport we were tocld we needed 2 taxis, this for 4 adults & a 3 month old baby. For our return to the airport from Cala n Bosch we booked Ziptransfers. Fantastic experience, smartly dressed lady driver with good english, great driver and terrific mini bus. They say we learn by our mistakes. no more taxis. Ziptranfers from now on. Many thanks.”

“Driver did a bad job. Both at airport and cruise terminal he did not have a placard with my name and was standing far away from the passenger exit. While we walk all around to try and find him the driver made no attempt to walk around to identify our party of 6. On both occasions we had to call the office before the driver showed up and gave lame excuse he was standing somewhere else. Other than that very satisfied with the service.”

“Excellent service - driver was waiting at the airport, helped with luggageand took us directly to our villa. The return journey was just as good; he arrived at the exact time. We had the same driver on both journeys and he was professional and friendly. Would fully recommend Ziptransfers.”
