“Driver did a bad job. Both at airport and cruise terminal he did not have a placard with my name and was standing far away from the passenger exit. While we walk all around to try and find him the driver made no attempt to walk around to identify our party of 6. On both occasions we had to call the office before the driver showed up and gave lame excuse he was standing somewhere else. Other than that very satisfied with the service.”

“Excellent service - driver was waiting at the airport, helped with luggageand took us directly to our villa. The return journey was just as good; he arrived at the exact time. We had the same driver on both journeys and he was professional and friendly. Would fully recommend Ziptransfers.”

“We have used other transfers from Palm Airport to Soller on previous visits and the price has continued to rise each time with pick ups, especially on the return journey, not always very timely. Ziptransfers is completely different! Modern, very new, extremely comfortable minibuses with friendly, professional drivers. I could have certainly set my watch by the return transfer arrival at our hotel in Soller. Well done Ziptransfers….. we will definitely use you next time. Get yourselves on trip advisor. People will definitely give you an excellent review! I certainly will.”

“Excellent service . They were waiting for us at the airport and collected us from hotel although they mixed up hotel as there were 3 with same name they rang 10 mins after they realised that they were at wrong location and another great transfer. Would highly recommend this company , have used both in Spain and Portugal so far”

“Unusually for Ziptransfers this particular trip wasn't great. Old vehicle, rude driver who expected a tip even though his service was rubbish.”

“Driver did not know where the villa was and did not bring a large enough vehicle to accommodate all the passengers. We use your company regularly and this is the first time we have not had exceptional service. We will assume your colleagues in Marrakesh are not up to your usual high standard.”
