“Great service on time every time i have use zip transfers on a number of occasions any never had a problem lovely clean cars drivers dressed neat also cheaper than a taxi at the airport in gran canaria I'll be booking again soon.”

“could be better if name placard is displayed during pick up at hotel also in the hotel lobby. It is a great help in identifying the driver. otherwise it was great experience with punctual and helpful drivers.”

“Turned up an hour late. Poor communication, driver didn’t know how to install baby seat and expected us to install it with Italian instructions. Previously made a complaint and offered 15% discount from next booking. They must be crazy if they think I’ll use their service again.”
