“Shocking..had ti wait at least 40 minutes for taxi asked for refund from representative which she declined. Would have been quicker and cheaper on bus. Not any cheaper than regular taxi”

“I booked to be picked up at airport in Agadir waited 1 hour they didn't turn up had to pay £25 then on my return they where to pick me up at hotel didn't turn up waited 1 hour phoned the numbers but no answer had to pay an other £25 so it cost me in total £50 plus what l paid them not very pleased so now will have to send email to see what happened”

“We recently had a booking with zip transfers I have 2 say that it was a great service the driver was waiting for us as we we arrived in the airport. The driver was very helpful he brought us 2 our destination the car was spotless the driver on our return journey was there 15 mins before our pick up time which we taught was great he also was a lovely driver & his car was spotless I would highly recommend Zip Tranfers 2 friends and family and I will b using them again on my next holiday I have used them a lot I find them very reasonable.”

“One small point,it would improve the service if the driver assisted in taking the luggage into the hotel particularly with disabled passengers.In my situation,it was one case.”
