“Driver did not turn up at the Faro Airport, We were at the designated position for half and hour with no sign of the driver, I had to phone England for them to contact the driver. The transfer from Hotel to the airport was on time but the car that picked us up was very old and dirty, When we got to the airport the boot would not open where are luggage was. I had to get the back seats down and get our luggage out. Not impressed with the service we got”

“When we arrived at Berlin airport our taxi was not there. We waited half an hour but he still didn't turn up so I called the emergency number and explained what had happened. The person I spoke to was going to call the driver but when he called me back he said that the driver had his phone switched off. I think he may have arranged another driver but he didn't tell me that. Consequently we decided to catch the train, we were on our way to the station when a man rang and said he was our driver so we went back to the airport and finally (1 hour late!) we got our taxi. I was not impressed at all.”
