“Have rated zip 5 in the past but this time there was no driver or car waiting on arrival and we had to find another of the drivers to help us :( Excellent service in return though when the driver was early and the car gleaming as usual. We will still use Zip as the service is usually fantastic and I'm sure this was just a little blip .”

“Booking with ZIPtransfers was easy, hassle-free and convenient. On arrival at the airport, everything was so smooth, the driver was communicative (I had received a message from him in advance), was clearly visible and very professional. Our journey was smooth and very comfortable, and the driver very polite, courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend ZIPtransfers to other travellers. Thank you for making our travelling experience so enjoyable.”
