“We had a problem when we arrive at Las Palmas because our flight was delayed due the sandstorm. So you could not pick us up when we arrived. When we were leaving there was no problem and the taxi Came 25 minuters before schedule. We were at the AirPort in 20 minutes, safe and sound. I Will recommed you for further transfers. Best regards Marie Ekman”

“Our travelling family of 13 used 'Zip'for transferring us from Barcelona Airport on Saturday 29th Feb 2020 and return to the airport on Tuesday 10th March 2020. Our bus on the 29th was an older type, clean on the inside but a couple of windows were damaged. The driver met us at the arrival hall and was very pleasant. Our trip to the airport on the 10th was in a seemingly near new bus, very clean and presentable. We arranged via emails for this transfer to the airport to have the driver take an additional half hour to drive through the city one last time which was done with out a problem (there was an additional cost, not a lot). The driver was on time, pleasant and presentable. He did not give any commentary. We chose the transfer to the airport to be in an 18 seat bus, just for a bit more room and we were unsure as to how many suitcases we would have since we had been on a cruise. We would use ''zip' on future transfers.”
