“We love our new trampoline! So happy we choose this brand and ordered directly from the company (vs Amazon). The quality and safety features are amazing. We had a few missing springs upon delivery (the box had been slightly damaged in shipping). Customer service was so quick to respond and mail us new ones! Very impressed!”

“Amazing customer service. We purchased our trampoline 5 years ago and we needed to replace the safety netting. I emailed their customer service and Betty worked with me to make sure we got the correct netting for our trampoline. Kids are so excited to use the trampoline again.”

“We bought the 15’ Zupapa trampoline for our grandkids 8 years ago and it’s a huge hit. When the net and lining needed replacing this year we got great support from Pearl at Zupapa, who answered my emails immediately and made sure we got the right replacements quickly. Everything was surprisingly easy and the trampoline looks brand new! Katharine (Water Mill NY)”

“Love this sup. Our adult kids turned us on to these. We purchased one two years ago and just love it. Our dog gets on with us and it withstands her claws. We even had 4 adults once paddling to the beach from our boat. We just love these. Can’t imagine why anyone would spend more. The duffle bag is amazing and big enough so everything fits in easily.”

“We bought a Zupapa trampoline 3 years ago. It’s still going strong but we did have a piece break due to some crazy kids. Betty at Zupapa responded to me quickly and sent out a new part in no time and at no charge. We fixed the trampoline easily that same day. Their customer service is awesome!”

“I would recommend the Zupapa brand trampoline to anyone who is looking to purchase a trampoline. It was easy to assemble and was ready to use right after we finished putting it together. It is so much fun and a great way to get some low impact exercise in! The Zupapa customer service is also great! I had a question about one of the packages and a customer service agent got back to me a very timely manner. Thank you Zupapa!!”

“Excellent quality! We bought a 12 feet trampoline two weeks ago. My kids (3 and 6 y.o.) spend hours jumping on the trampoline every day. They often invite a few other friends (5 and 3 y.o) and all of them have enough room for jumping, not bumping at each other. Trampoline came with a basketball hoop/ball, surprise for myself and real hit for my son. I often jump with my children, trampoline seems sturdy and well constructed. Great purchase! I would definitely recommend Zupapa trampoline.”

“So far so good!! Install was straightforward and tedious but it was for a great cause because the end product is sturdy and appears to be of solid quality. Did have an issue with a stripped screw but the customer team is doing a great job in getting the issue resolved and quick. Will be interested to see how it holds up after some time!!”

“Quite a nice trampoline. My 4 year old and I love jumping!! My only criticism is that for such a high quality trampoline (it is amazing!!!) some of the stitching in the safety net near the zipper is not perfect so strings are always getting caught in the zipper. Zupapa got back to me right away about the stitching. Customer services is fantastic!”

“Kids love the trampoline and it is very safe. Ours also flew across the yard with a high wind storm and their service was outstanding. Jenna did a great job and was very responsive. We had to replace half of the metal frame and the safety net which still was relatively cheap. Thanks for everything!”
