“I ordered the 14' trampoline and the product is quality, and easy to set up. I was able to set it up with the help of my 11 year old son. While setting the trampoline up we found a defective part. I emailed Zupapa about the issue and they responded with in minutes and had a replacement part in the way. They just asked what part # and how many. The replacement part was at my house a few days later no charge. Even though I received a defective part, I cannot stress the qualitie of this product. I have 7 kids (including one with ASD) and this trampoline is SAFE and rugged. Don't settle for a Walmart version. Get this one.”

“I purchased a Zupapa trampoline on Amazon and it was a very easy installation though it's a 15 feet one. The kids love it. Then (due to my fault, improper handling of snow) the poles have bent. I contacted Zupapa customer support and their representative Jenna was very helpful and did everything to make sure that I select the proper poles and then shipped them to me. I am highly satisfied with Zupapa service and Jenna's responsiveness and willing to help.”

“I have a trampoline purchased from Zupapa which required some warranty service due to a crack in the metal frame. My warranty request was handled with care and a great deal of urgency and I received a replacement part within a week. The replacement part fit perfectly and now the kids are able to use the trampoline again. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, thank you, Ferenc”

“Our trampoline came without the bottom piece for the ladder. I reached out to customer service for a replacement. Our representative, Green, was able to have a whole new ladder sent to us for free. He did a great job communicating with me on how they we’re going to help and on tracking once it was sent. Our kids love the new trampoline!”

“We purchased the dome climber for our grandkids. They LOVE it. It was easy to put together. The only issue we had was the delivery folks weren’t gentle with our package and a couple of the plastic grips/handles were broken. I notified Zupapa and they quickly sent replacement pieces. Very happy!”

“The trampoline that we order last fall had a few issues with some of the materials for setup. I contacted Zupapa, and they 1000% took care of us with the trampoline. It was a process due to the weather getting the correct parts, but every time I had a request, they responded immediately and the parts were at my doorstep within a week. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!!!!”

“We had a small problem with the springs and net of the trampoline we purchased two years ago. Jenna helped us immediately to solve the problems. She is always amazing as is. If you have any problem or need help with your zupapa, you can always trust Jenna. Even though we had such and such small problems with the product, the customer service is always great. This convinced me to come back for other Zupapa products too. Thanks”

“The quality of our trampoline was what I expected as it was recommended by a friend. This is a more expensive trampoline than others but it is definitely of a higher quality and looks great. We had damage to a part after a storm and the support team of Zupapa was so helpful and responsive. They even provided the parts needed for repair free of charge even though the damage was not their responsibility to replace. I wish every company stood behind their product like Zupapa!”
