“I appreciate the ease of of hook up and use it wirelessly through my iPhone, however the sound delay is disconcerting and requires getting used to especially with pulmonary auscultation. This is less overtly annoying with cardiac auscultation. Overall it is still a major improvement over my previous stethoscope for sound and discrimination.”

“I love this device, my only thing is I wish the app didn’t have to be open on my phone in order to use it. I don’t listen to hearts. I listen too dialysis access’ and I have hearing aides so I wish it just Bluetooth straight to my hearing aide instead of having the app on. Can’t really have my phone out while I’m doing access assessment because of infection control and covid. If there is a way to do this please feel free to email me at aweber@herzing.edu”

“In the busy world of the ICU, this device allows one to hear their patient's heart and lungs so much clearer. I feel much more confident in my physical examination of my patients. I highly recommend this device for anyone working in environments that can be noisy. It was easy to attach and the instructions were simple.”

“I purchased the CORE with some decreased expectations. I was not expecting how convenient and effective it would be. I've been using the device with my AirPods Pro and one is often enough. Connection is easy and it is very responsive. Today, I forgot my AirPods and used the phone app to listen to hearts and lungs. My patients were impressed and excited to actually hear their own hearts. I submitted a support request for a plug for the open end of the CORE--since I'm not using a regular stethoscope. I received a prompt response and the offer to ship some free plugs.”

“So far, I love this! I am a critical care transport nurse (ambulance transport for critically ill patients, but not 911/EMS), and it is very challenging to hear heart and lung sounds in a moving vehicle! I just got this and have only had the chance to use it once on a patient and I could hear things very well. BUT...I still haven't tried it while moving! I will be sure to submit a review once I have given it a good try under the settings for which I bought the device. :-)”
