“I upgraded from the original Eko core to the new Eko core digital attachment. I appreciate the slimmed down factor, and the sound is crisp and clear. I am happy I purchased this upgrade. In the past I used a Littman electronic stethoscope and the Eko is a vast improvement in function and reliability. Additionally, the battery life is great on both of the Eko core products.”

“Pros: Adapts easily to standard stethoscopes and easily accessible 'on/off' button configured as a slide not only makes it easy to turn on and off but preserves battery life and the ability to use the stethoscope without the the digital enhancement. Connectivity to mobile app and the cloud is a plus. Cons: While it is great for heart sounds, lung sounds are amplified but not filtered to the extent that it is very useful. Wish list: tunable frequency filters. The electronics for such an improvement exist and the filtered could be easily configured with an app. Think about radios that have an auto-tune function. Same idea. This would place this device far above any electronic stethoscope on the market.”

“I can't think of too much more to say about it. I have wandered the bay insisting my co-workers and supervisors try it just so I can watch their shocked faces. They already THINK they hear better because I put it on a Littman Cardiology IV to start with. But then I turn it on. I have struggled with lung sounds, and heart sounds are even harder in an ambulance. The EKO CORE is a game changer.”

“Best Electronic stethoscope I've ever used!! Easy to compare differences between standard stethoscope and electronically amplification by pressing a switch. EKO app neat but you can replace your old stethoscope with this one even if you don't need the app.”
