“I have had a core attachment with my Littmann cardiology since the 1st Gen. Any issue I had customer service was beyond above par! I work in primary care and it has been an AWESOME enhancement to patients care. I couldn't wait to get the 2nd Gen the second it was released! Even bought one for my Attending! Also, the app has become SO much easier to use! I am continually impressed with how Eko is always, non-stop striving to improve and make their product and customer service better. They are literally on the front-lines of changing and improving patient care! Can't wait to see what the future brings”

“This is the best digital stethoscope I’ve tried. I have diminished hearing and I’ve had the Litmann 3100 and the Thinklabs One. The CORE Digital Attachment gives me the best clarity and sound. The only thing that would make it better would be to be able to switch modes (Cardiac/pulmonary) without using your phone.”

“Have been using it for about a month now and love it so far! The sound amplification is great and really helps. The noise cancellation and the sound filters (to filter cardiac and pulmonary sounds) are good when they work but they don’t always work well so I find myself not using them. It would also be good if it had a button on the actual piece to switch between the filters as taking your phone out during a physical exam can be cumbersome. But besides that little con, I love the attachment so far! I love that I can use my actual stethoscope with it. The attachment is not bulky or heavy so it really doesn’t even feel like I have anything on. I had to cut the actual stethoscope tubing though because it got way too long wait the attachment.”

“Nice small device with good amplification. Charge lasts through a 10+ hour shift. I have hearing loss and it really helps.”

“Louder heart tones, but simply that. Not impressed with lung or bowel sounds, but that wasn't what this was marketed for.”

“I upgraded from the original Eko core to the new Eko core digital attachment. I appreciate the slimmed down factor, and the sound is crisp and clear. I am happy I purchased this upgrade. In the past I used a Littman electronic stethoscope and the Eko is a vast improvement in function and reliability. Additionally, the battery life is great on both of the Eko core products.”
