“It's okay, good size and keeps water cold. It's not worth the cost though since it leaks randomly and all they did was send me a video on how do reposition the silicone part in the lid. That made no difference so they sent me a new lid which also made no difference. Overall, it's just not worth the price for the quality you get.”

This time I had a broken lid on my stainless Steele jug, and they sent me a new one in no time and allowed me to purchase it with no questions asked. They were very sweet, and it was packaged very nicely, the size fit appropriately and the silicone ring was intact on the inside and ready to use!”
“The lid itself I feel could be made a little better. My original lid had a faulty mouthpiece cover and then the second one I was sent had some damage that appears to have come from the manufacturing process on the stem that sticks into the mouthpiece. The third I received was perfect. Still has the thin pegs to hold on the mouthpiece cover flap, but all in all I can vouch that without a doubt the customer service through this process was TOP notch. The reps were so helpful with getting everything squared away and made sure I was taken care of. It was common to have responses within the hour.”
