“The lid itself I feel could be made a little better. My original lid had a faulty mouthpiece cover and then the second one I was sent had some damage that appears to have come from the manufacturing process on the stem that sticks into the mouthpiece. The third I received was perfect. Still has the thin pegs to hold on the mouthpiece cover flap, but all in all I can vouch that without a doubt the customer service through this process was TOP notch. The reps were so helpful with getting everything squared away and made sure I was taken care of. It was common to have responses within the hour.”
