“I reached out to HydroJug for a replacement lid because I was unable to find the lid I wanted on the website. They quickly took care of me and sent me a new lid at no cost because my first lid broke. The replacement lid broke within a week of receiving it. These lids are the poorest of quality. Considering my jug cost me 75, you'd think the quality of lid would match the quality of jug. I'm on my 3rd & final lid. If it breaks, I just wasted 75. Such a disappointment.”
“I dropped my jug a few weeks after getting it and the glass was fine, but cap on the lid was off track and difficult to close. I requested a replacement and customer service advised that they didn't have the purple in at the time and gave me different selection options. I followed up on a month and was able to purchase a new lid. The customer service is top notch and kind and I'm happy to be able to use my lid again. Thank you hydrojug!”

“I got the stainless steel bottle when it was on Kickstarter. When I received the bottle everything about it was awesome. Then, I used it without the straw. Instantly, every time I took a drink, it would leak all over me. I tried screwing it on tighter but that didn't work. I assumed maybe it was the lid and just let it be because it was just water. My kids eventually broke the little top that keeps it shut so I had to get a replacement. I thought it might fix the problem of leakage but it didn't, it still leaks no matter how tight I make it. It's a really well designed bottle and lid, so it's sad that it leaks so much. Maybe in the future, they'll fix this problem or have a product to catch the leaky water. Service is great though and I still use it regardless because I paid so much for it, but it is annoying to get wet and make the floor around me wet.”
