“The first order took 14+ days to arrive. Once it came, I thought it was great but immediately noticed it scratches very easily (which I wish I knew because I would've clear wrapped it). Anyways - I needed a replacement lid and when it came I realized it was different than the one that originally came with my jug. It had a rubber air hole which allows the water to come through the straw much easier. But sure why the kids were different, but having the newer one made a huge difference.”
“I purchased the super cute leopard stainless steel jug. I was so excited about it. The lid leaked like a faucet. I emailed customer support and was sent a new lid, which did the exact same thing. I then asked for a refund which was given a bit of a run around. Long story short I won't be purchasing anything from HydroJug in the future.”

“Purchased 2 -64oz water cans. One of them constantly leaks. No matter how tightly it's closed. It's never been dropped or placed in the dishwasher. I emailed someone, rep decided it was appropriate for them to send me a new cover for the bottle. . fast forward 2 weeks.. we used it and guess what LEAKED AGAIN. So at this point, I'm done.”
