I purchased the regular hot body meal plan not the gluten free and dairy, free one, but it was so great! Having a guide to understand how what and when to eat was super helpful. It helped me get back in the mindset of healthy eating, and understanding my body, and what it needs to succeed in nutrition. Couldn’t be happier with the results in just one month for the LSF 30 challenge I lost 12 pounds!

The HBMP is great, you definitely won’t be hungry! It’s surprising how much food it is and all the meals are easy enough so you don’t need to be a master chef to make any of them. It’s got even more content then just the meals- in depth explanations, swaps, lifestyle tips etc…

I have been sick my entire life with stomach issues, I can barely eat without feeling like I am going to be sick and I have tried to cut out dairy and meats and everything but nothing has stuck. I have been following this guide for 2 weeks now and haven’t had a single issue with nausea in the last 2 weeks and I am feeling full consistently. I don’t ever have periods of hunger and wanting to stuff my face with junk cause I am always full with this meal guide. It is a really good buy!

Such an amazing meal plan and helpful recipes and tips throughout. I find myself going to this often if I am in a food rut and/ or need to be reminded how to properly fuel my body!

I love the Hot Body meal plan! It is easy to understand and easy to follow. I like that it has the meals planned out but yet you can mix and match as you need to depending on what your day looks like. I’ve also use it to help me figure out what snacks to have in the mid afternoon as that is usually my downfall time, so I like having healthy guidance on choosing a better option instead of choosing junk.

I’m only on the first week but I LOVE this meal plan so far. It’s so realistic to follow. I like that it has several meals to keep me full and energized through the day and the variety is great! I get really bored eating the same thing every day but this plan gives you the option to eat something different at every meal or repeat your favorites. Definitely recommend this plan if you want to focus on your nutrition along with your workouts!

This is one of my favorite meal plans ever. It’s soooo easy to do. Easy shopping and easy meals. I really like that I can “graze” all day long and that I lose weight at a good pace. Actually, I find it tough to eat all the food - there’s so much good stuff to eat. I also have the 7 day slim down plan and I must say, I do not like that one at all. I completed the 7 days with 2 detox days in front for a total of nine days. There are hardly any carbs at all and it’s a lot of soups and smoothies. My body completely rebelled, slowed my metabolism down, and clung on to every single calorie. I also got very headachey, had almost no energy, didn’t sleep well, and my muscles became so sore that workouts were out of the question. Some plans don’t work for everybody and the 7 day slim down def. did not work for me. The result was no weight loss at all and pretty much a waste of time. So, I can’t and don’t recommend that plan - it’s too extreme. But the HBMP?? Two Thumbs Up!!!
