“I have eaten a lot of green chiles while visiting New Mexico but this was my first time working with the unprocessed product. The chiles were in great shape and ready for roasting. I did it all in one go. A lot of work, but well worth it. We will be eating green chile for a while. Fantastic.”

“As I've stated to your person asking before about my order! I informed her that the chiles were mostly red and very small. I did know it was the end of your season otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them. Her response was she was sorry, so you really don't care what the customer thinks otherwise you would have made an effort to make it right which you didn't! This is my first and probably my last time ordering from you. Live and learn.”
